Repeated impact, pressure or friction may affect precious metal surfaces, gemstone settings and delicate components.

 

Cleaning Your Jewellery

 

After wearing your creation, gently wiping it with a clean, soft and lint-free cloth can help remove oils and surface residue.

 

Because gemstones and jewellery constructions have different characteristics, cleaning methods suitable for one creation may not be appropriate for another.

For security and insurance purposes, please do not send fine jewellery to Empress Kythene using your own courier or shipping method unless specifically authorised by us.

Empress Kythene guarantees the authenticity of creations purchased directly through our authorised sales channels.

 

Your creation may be accompanied by authenticity, gemstone, warranty or other documentation where applicable.

 

We recommend retaining all documentation supplied with your creation, particularly when requesting an after-sales service.

 

Warranty

 

Where an Empress Kythene creation is covered by a warranty, the applicable warranty conditions will be provided with the creation or made available at the time of purchase.

 

A warranty does not generally cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage or care, or alterations and repairs performed by unauthorised third parties.
